Sugarpill – Limited edition eyeshadow!

Yay! 😀 The limited edition eyeshadow from Sugarpill, called “@#$%!” is now available for 3 days only at the Sugarpill site! 😀 It was sold exclusively at IMATS this year and I was afraid I’d never get it (since I live in Norway)… What can I say, I NEED it in my beloved Sugarpill collection, hehe ;D ❤ I just ordered it… Can’t wait to use this beauty!! ❤

A swatch of the shadow:

They have also come out with this ultra cute keychain, which I of course got as well! 😉 LOVE it! ❤

And last but not least, they’re now selling loose eyeshadow trios, for 30$ in stead of the actual value (36$)! I already have most of these loose shadows, so I didn’t get that, but I can definitely recommend them. 😉 My favorites are Royal Sugar, Goldilux, Decora, Absinthe, Darling and Paperdoll! ❤

Some of my looks, using the Chromalusts:

Royal Sugar, (the blue) :

Paperdoll, (light purple):

Darling on the lid, Paperdoll inside of the bow and Lumi in the inner corner:

I just had to tell you guys about this if you wanted to get the limited edition eyeshadow as well! 😀 You can get it, HERE! ❤

Black cut crease! ;D

Hi sweeties! ❤ I just posted a video on my Youtube channel (http://full.sc/SK3bIA), on how I do a black cut crease. There are many ways of doing it, but this is the type I use most often. 😉 I got this request from a girl on Makeupbee and thought it was a great idea. ^-^

In contrast to the harsh black, I used some soft pastel colors on my lid. I thought it would be a cool, fun combination! 😉 The lid colors are all from Lime Crime’s “Palette D’ Antoinette” 😀 I hope you like the look! ❤

Products used:

  • Lime Crime – Candy eyed eyeshadow helper
  • NYX – Jumbo eye pencil in Milk
  • MAC – Blacktrack fluidline
  • Lime Crime – Eyeshadows in Lotus Noir, Ribbonesque, Royal Flush, Macarooned and Mercurious.
  • Lime Crime – Uniliner in Quill
  • Makeup Geek – Eyeshadow in Purely Naked
  • Sigma – Eyeshadow in Publicize
  • Maybelline – One by one mascara
  • Lahes from Ebay

For this look, I used the brushes in this Sigma brush kit: Performance Eyes Kit 😀

Have a wonderful day, guys! ❤

Marie Antionette inspired (Lime Crime review and makeup look) :)

Hey guys! ^-^ This summer I entered one of Makeupbee‘s contests with this Marie Antoinette inspired look, which I called “Would you like some cake?” I was so happy when I found out that I was one of the winners! 😀 Thank you very much for those who voted for me!! ❤ The prize was these wonderful products from Lime Crime!

Here is the look I entered the contest with:

I’ve fimed a tutorial for this look, but this time I used the pink and purple colors from the palette I won. Also, I did a review of the products in the video! ;D

This is the look I did in the video:

Products used:

  • Lime Crime – Candy eyed eyeshadow helper
  • NYX – Jumbo eye pencil in Milk
  • Lime Crime – Palette D’Antionette in Royal Flush
  • Lime Crime – Palette D’Antionette in Ribbonesque
  • Lime Crime – Chinadoll palette in Parasol
  • Lime Crime – Uniliner in Quill
  • Makeup Geek – Eyeshadow in White Lies
  • Maybelline – One by one mascara
  • DUO – Eyelash adhesive
  • Rhinestones from Ebay
  • False eyelashes from Ebay

Review of the Lime Crime makeup products:

Palette D’Antionette:

This beautiful palette has 4 vibrant matte colors called Royal Flush, Absinthe-Minded, Macarooned and Ribbonesque, and 1 shimmery, silver color called Mercurious. I think this is the perfect combination of pastel colors, which will make any look super cute and pretty! ❤

I also got their fabulous primer, which I’ve used in the bottom swatch-picture! 😀

The palette costs 34,99 $ and you can get it here 🙂

Uniliners:

I got these three liners. The black one is called “Quill”, the blue “Blue Milk” and the neon yellow “Citreuse”. I love that Lime Crime has colorful liners you can choose from and they are so pigmented! The best thing about them has to be the precision they give! The applicator is very small, so it’s easier to create tiny details and to built up your liner. 😀 I’ve seen so many amazing looks created with these uniliners, so my excitement for these was very high. I must say they haven’t dissapointed! ❤

Each uniliner costs 13,99 $ and you can get them here. 🙂

Lip stick:

Lime Crime is probably most famous for their colorful, creamy lip sticks, with the cutest packaging, (which I love!) I already have one called Glamour 101 and now I got this one, called Coquette. Nude lipsticks don’t usually look very good on me, but this one has some peach to it, so a small amount applied with my fingers, looks wonderful! ^-^

Their lip sticks cost 15,99 $ each and you can check out all the awesome colors, here. 🙂

I hope that you found this short review helpful and that you liked the look! 😀

Palms and Beach waves! :)

Hello gorgeous people! 😀 I’ve been feeling like using glitter lately, so here’s an other look, using smashing sparkles! 😉 This is a tropical inspired look, that I’ve entered into Makeupbee’s competition, where you can win Inglot products! 😀 I’ve been dying to try out Inglot eyeshadows, but they don’t ship to Norway. 😦 So I’m really excited about this competition and I hope you can vote for my look on Makeupbee, by clicking the love button, HERE! 😀 I would really appreciate it! Thank you! ❤

Products used:

  • Lime Crime – Candy eyed eyeshadow helper
  • NYX – Jumbo pencil in Milk
  • Sugarpill – Pressed eyeshadow in Tako
  • Sugarpill – Pressed eyeshadow in Mochi
  • Sugarpill – Pressed eyeshadow in Acidberry
  • Sugarpill – Loose eyeshadow in Darling
  • Sugarpill – Flase lashes in Sinnocent
  • NYX – Glitter cream in Lime
  • TheNailDazzle – Acrylic in Lime Green
  • L’Oreal – Super Liner in Carbon Gloss
  • Maybelline – One by one mascara
  • Too Faced – Brow envy kit

How to:

  1. Apply a primer where you’re going to place the eyeshadow. Then apply NYX Milk on top of that.
  2. Start cutting your crease with a light turquoise color (Mochi), right above where your natural crease is. Blend this color up, into the outer v area and down to the outer 2/3 of your lower lid. Place this eyeshadow on the inner 2/3 of your lower lid as well.
  3. On your lid and in the middle on your lower lid, place a lime green shadow, (Acidberry). Blend the colors together.
  4. Apply a loose turquoise that’s a bit darker than Mochi, (Darling), and place it along the cut crease. Blend it slightley up.
  5. Apply a glitter base to your lid and apply a lime green glitter on top of that. Use a small, precise concealer brush when doing this, and take your time.
  6. Line your lower water line with NYX Milk and set it with a matte white shadow (Tako), so that it lasts longer. Apply Tako as a highlight to the inner corner of your eye and to the brow bone.
  7. Line your upper lash line with a black liquid liner and wing the line out.
  8. Apply mascara to your lower lashes.
  9. Apply some gorgeous false lashes and you’re done! 😀

I hope you liked the look! ❤ Have a great day! ^-^
